3 cans tomato soup 2 lbs. ground beef (rinsed) 1 dehydrated onion 2 cups minute rice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg Mix rice, onion, ground beef and egg and form into bite-size balls. In a pot, bring tomato soup to a boil. Drop meatballs into boiling soup, gently keeping mixture boiling. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with a side of boiled cabbage. Serves 6. |
