CORNY CHILI PIE 

1 lb. ground beef/turkey
1 pkg. corn bread mix
1 can chili with beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn (Mexicorn)

Brown meet and drain. In large bowl combine all ingredients except for cornbread mix. Pour cornbread mixture (made per instructions on package) over top. 

Bake per instructions on cornbread mix, adding 30 minutes to time, then lower oven temperature by 100 degrees and bake for 15 more minutes.

Serves 6-8

Healthy Tip: Use reduced fat cornbread mix.
