MEATLOAF

3 lbs. ground chuck
2tbsp. mustard
1/2 cut ketchup
2 sleeves crushed saltine crackers
4 large eggs
dash of Worchestershire Sauce
dash of 57 sauce
chopped bell pepper
chopped onions
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients well with hands. Form into a loaf. Bake @ 400 degrees for approximatly 1 hour & 10 minutes. (Check after 1 hour, ovens may vary time needed). Remove meatloaf and top with ketchup. Return to oven, turn oven off and remove in 5 minutes. Let meatloaf sit for about 30 minutes before slicing.
