7 mashed potatoes or one box flavored mashed
potato mix 1 lb. ground beef 2 cans corn 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (if using potato mix, omit this) Brown beef. In 9" pie pan layer beef, corn and potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6. |
