1 can "marinara" spaghetti sauce 1 can "meat" flavored spaghetti sauce 1 large white onion 2 bell peppers 2 large zucchini 7 large cloves of garlic 5 beef bouillon cubes 2 cups water 7 shakes cajun seasoning 10 shakes black pepper 1 lb. ground beef spaghetti - cooked, rinsed and drained Pour cans of spaghetti sauce into large pot. Simmer while cutting up onion, bell pepper and garlic. Add all to pot, plus bouillon cubes, water, zucchini and seasonings. Simmer for 10-15 minutes while browning ground beef. Drain and add to sauce. Simmer for approx. 20-30 minutes more, taste and add more seasonings if you'd like. Pour over spaghetti or just pour spaghetti in and stir. Serves approx. 8. |
