CHILI SPAGHETTI
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
2 lbs. spaghetti
1 large can of chili with beans
1 large can of sweet corn, drained
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
garlic bread
Brown beef / turkey,
bell peppers and onions, seasoning with salt and pepper, drain. Stir in
chili and corn until evenly heated. Cook spaghetti according to package
directions, stir into chili mixture and cover.
Simmer on low, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let
sit covered for
10 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread.
