BAKED CHICKEN WITH RICE 

8 chicken breasts
2 egg whites
Italian bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 cups of cooked rice

Roll chicken breasts in egg then into bread crumbs until fully coated. 

Bake @ 350 degrees for an hour and a half until cooked thoroughly. Remove chicken and stir dehydrated onions and parmesan cheese into drippings. Stir in rice then lay chicken on top. Bake @ 350 for another 20 minutes.

Serves 6-8

Healthy Tip: Use brown rice, reduced fat cream of chicken soup.
