8 chicken thighs 1 egg, beaten Italian bread crumbs dehydrated onions parmesan cheese rice, cooked Dip chicken in egg then into bread crumbs until fully coated. Bake @ 350 degrees for an hour and a half until cooked thoroughly. Remove chicken, then stir dehydrated onions and parmesan cheese to drippings. Stir in rice then lay chicken on top. Bake @ 350 for another 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
