2 cups cooked deboned
chicken - cut up 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 8 oz. mozzarella cheese 1 small bag cornbread stuffing mix 2 packs frozen broccoli spears 1/2 stick of butter Line baking dish with broccoli. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Mix chicken and soup together and pour over cheese. Break mozzarella into pieces and cover top of chicken. Sprinkle 3/4 bag of stuffing mix over cheese. Dot top with cut up butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Check to see if cheese is melted. Serves 6 to 8. |
