1/2 cup rice 4 chicken thighs 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope onion soup mix 1/2 cup water In a 9x13" glass baking dish, pour rice evenly on bottom. Place chicken on top. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1-3/4 hours until chicken is done. Serves 4. |
