COOKED AND DEBONED CHICKEN

10 lb. bag of chicken parts.
1/8 cup cajun seasoning
4 bouillon cubes

Clean chicken, place in water with seasoning and bouillon. Boil covered for 1 hour. Simmer over medium hear for 1 more hour. Chicken should be falling off of bone. Let cool for 15-20 minutes. Remove chicken from bone. Store in 1 cup portions in freezer. Use for casseroles, etc.

Makes approx. 10 servings
