CARAMEL APPLE PIE

1 large pastry pie crust
5 cups apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
Topping 1
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
Topping 2
1/2 cup whole pecans
1/4 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Place pie crust in pie pan and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar and apples and pour into pie crust.

In another mixing bowl, combine all of topping 1's ingredients, then evenly spread over pie crust.  Bake for 25 minutes, remove and cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 25 minutes.  Remove pie and evenly place pecans over pie and drizzle with butterscotch topping and caramel topping. 

Set aside to cool and set for 30 minutes... enjoy!
