1 box lemon cake mix
3 oz. box lemon gelatin mix
3/4 cup hot water
4 eggs
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup oil

Dissolve gelatin mix in hot water. Mix all ingredients together except oil. Beat for 3 minutes. Add oil and beat for 1 more minute. Pour in non-stick tube pan. 

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Invert on plate and ice IMMEDIATELY while hot.

ICING: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp. lemon juice (I double this!!!)
