20 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained 1-1/2 cup butter, melted 1/12 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup marshmallows 1 graham cracker pie crust Mash sweet potatoes and mix with butter and brown sugar. Spread into pie crust and top with 1/4 cup marshmallows. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Add remaining marshmallows and bake for 5-10 more minutes until marshmallows are browned and almost melted. |
