Keto Reuben Slaw 

1/2 small Cabbage
1 lb. Pastrami
1/2 lb. Pepper Jack Cheese
12 oz. Hellman's Avocado Oil Mayo
1/2 c. Dill Pickles
2 tsps. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Monkfruit Sweetener

1. Cut cabbage, pastrami and cheese into 1/4" thick strips.
 
2. Dice pickles.
 
3. In a large bowl mix Mayo, Vinegar, Monkfruit well, then stir in cabbage, pastrami, cheese and pickles.
