1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1/2 pieces 2 green bell peppers, chopped 1 sweet onion, chopped 1/4 cup butter spaghetti pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, 1 tablespoon butter Sautee' sausage, bell pepper & onion in 1/4 cup butter until cooked thoroughly. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain spaghetti, add butter and seasonings to taste. Drain sausage mixture completely and return to pan. Cook until browned. Serve over spaghetti. Serves 4-6. |
