1 lb. smoked sausage approx. 1 dozen banana peppers approx. 1 dozen toothpicks Cut off tops of banana peppers and clean out seeds. Cut sausage unto lengths equaling the lengths of the banana peppers. Then quarter the sausage long ways. Stuff one length of sausage into each pepper, securing with a toothpick stuck across. Cook for 15 minutes on a bbq grill, turning once. Enjoy! |
