SAUSAGE STUFFED BANANA PEPPERS
1 lb. smoked sausage
approx. 1 dozen banana peppers
approx. 1 dozen toothpicks
Cut off tops of banana peppers and clean out seeds. Cut sausage into lengths equaling the lengths of the banana peppers. Quarter sausage long ways to fit into peppers. Stuff one length of sausage into each pepper, securing with a toothpick across. Cook for 15 minutes on grill, turning once. Enjoy!
Healthy Tip: Use turkey sausage.
