ARTICHOKE PASTA

2 cans Artichoke Hearts, drained
1 sweet onion, chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup butter
4 servings pasta, cooked and drained
pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder

Sautee' artichoke hearts, onion, minced garlic and desired seasonings in 1/4 cup butter until veggies are tender, then stir into pasta.

Serves 4-6.
